Sneezing AHHH…CHOO!
If you just sneezed, something inside your nose is irritating you or tickling the inside of your nose. Sneezing is also called sternutation. When the inside of you nose gets a little tickle a message gets sent to a special part of your brain called the sneeze centre. The sneeze centre that sends a message to all the muscles that have to work together to create the sneeze. Sneezing can send tiny particles speeding out of your nose up to 100 miles per hour! Anything can irritate the inside of your nose some common things are dust, cold air, or pepper.
